Videocon DTH | Videocon D2H Customercare | Toll Free Number | 1800 Toll Free Number
hi, i have bad experience with Videocon D2H Customercare and they are not skilled to explain our quires, so pls change so other staff or give a trainning to them it good for all Videocon DTH customers.

I would say one of the worst service in D2h , Their D2H signals dont work properly, if it works then channel switching processing time also takes longer time. when you call the customer service to register the complaint about all this then they say that their systems are down we cannot register & give you the complaint no. Hell service all together. my builder had tied up with videocon thats the reason i had to switch to V2H. i have been using TATA sky for over three years never had this kind of experience but now i think i have to switch back to TATA.

V2H customer care staff is the WORST customer care staff in the whole world that i have come across. I have called 6 to 7 times and every time they would disconnect the call. They just cant understand what the problem is & their english speaking skills are zero. They look like some village illiterates taking calls with no proper manners in taking a call. They suck. Some of the people i talked to where Gautam, Sindhu, Aisha, Shamsher Singh...

I didnot get the signal from set top box. Tfhe customer care repersentive guide me to some instruction to get the signal. After i while see said sorry it is technical problem. Engineer will come to resolve the problem he will charge Rs. 125 I don't understand that while technical problem from ur side then why i have to pay. This is not proablem with cable operator.. It is very funny that ur technical assistant cant solve the problem on line and Rs. 125 they are charging is is not justified. Technical problem is not lying under guarantee pl. improve ur system pl don't make it source of earning.

videcone d2h is not working properly,because its toll free number are not working.i qury or question i want to ask i pay to my mobile bal to v d2h...so it is not right are you giving a toll free but is not working so am remove my d2h few day......

Videocon d2h has introduced new zee tv hd with array of asli hd channels.
